The lifestyle guide. Enjoy life! Living a healthy life does not mean you have to sacrifice yourself to an unrealistic nutrition plan. Diet's don't work in the long term. The goal to success is creating a lifestyle that works for you. Regera means "To Reign and Control", take charge and expand your knowledge.

Gymnastic-Strength TRaining

 

They are countless benefits to gymnastic-strength training. Superior strength, endurance, and flexibility to name a few. These sessions are tailored to transform your body to lean, stunning, works of art and performance.

Would you rather be able to run one mile really fast, or run five miles with hardly breaking a sweat? My thoughts are on the latter.  It's better to be the last the one standing, versus the first to go. This is what gymnastic-strength training grants for the body.

I love food, you should too. 

Media has left us to believe that to live a healthy life, you have to be plagued in the world of nasty protein drinks, unsatisfying food, and psychotic workouts. 

This is not true.

Your body is the result of your lifestyle. 

It's just not food and working out. They are many components that lead to your lifestyle.

Components such as your body type, hormone balance, the type of food that you eat, stress management, water intake, supplementation, so on and so forth!

Your body type alone changes how you should treat your body. 

In the "Regera Protocol", I am your guide to better understand your body. In a 12-week course, I introduce you to your new lifestyle. I teach topics that will help you achieve your goals, giving you that solid foundation that you need to succeed. Adding to that foundation is a candid support group of twenty alike people trying to change their lives for the better. 

The Regera Protocol offers two courses. Level 1 for those who are just starting out, and Level 2 for those who have more experience and want to gain more knowledge of their body.
